Jalen Rose has announced that he has filed to divorce his First Take cohost, Molly Qerim.
“After being separated for almost a year, Molly and I have officially decided to go our separate ways,” his statement on Instagram story reads. “We both agree remaining friends and colleagues is the best course of action for our relationship going forward. Please respect our privacy at this time.”
The couple had been married for three years. A source told the NY Post that there is no beef between them.

“They were friends before they were together and are still friends,” the source said. “They saw each other at work today and it was totally normal. They worked to keep their relationship status private over the last year because they have a lot of respect for each other.”
The couple did not have a prenup but neither is asking for spousal support. The papers were first filed in April.
