Battery Case Against Chris Brown Thrown Out By Judge

A judge has thrown out a battery charge against singer Chris Brown as there was not enough evidence found to charge him.

A woman claimed that the singer slapped her at his Los Angeles home. Breezy allegedly hit the woman so hard, her weave came out. When officers went to Brown’s home to take the woman’s statement, they saw no visible injuries on her.

Chris Brown has been trying to shake off his past domestic violence incident with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

On February 8, 2009, Brown argued with Rihanna in a car after an award show party. He punched her repeatedly in the face. Videos of her bruised face went viral on the internet. The singer was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to 14,000 hours of community service.

This week Breezy is all over the blogs after an artist filed a lawsuit against him and Drake for their “No Guidance” single. The artist claims they stole the song from him.
