YK Osiris will not be prosecuted for the alleged assault of his girlfriend in Atlanta.
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Fulton County D.A.'s Office says that while the Atlanta Police Department did have probable cause to arrest Osiris in November 2019, the District Attorney's Office has decided not to move forward with the case.
The rapper was arrested after allegedly choking his girlfriend and biting her face.

According to the police report, Osiris' girlfriend said she saw a photo of another woman wearing nothing but a towel on his phone. They then began to argue.
The rapper then allegedly told her, "I am going to slap the (expletive) out of you." She told police he chased her up a set of stairs into a bathroom, which is where he choked and bit her. She said she had to bite his lip to get him off of her.
When the cops arrived, his girlfriend was reported to have a noticeable mark under her left eye, which is where she claimed to have been bitten, the report said.
