Corey Pack, the half-brother of XXXtentacion has filed the lawsuit against Cleopatra Bernard, the late rapper’s mother alleging she is transferring money to companies that she launched from XXXTentacion’s estate.
Pack’s lawyer, Robert Stok, said in the following statement said that the “fraudulent transfer complaint seeks to recover assets being transferred from the probate estate by XXX’s mother, Cleo Bernard, in order to deprive our client Corey Pack, of a recovery, if he’s successful in his efforts to secure his inheritance rights either under his late brother’s trust or will.”
Pack and his other brother were granted 25% of their brother’s estate. Their mother was given 50%. Previously Pack’s mother, Jodi Kavney, filed a lawsuit against Bernard last June, saying he’s entitled to a fair share of XXXTentacion’s estate, which is valued at over $50 million. They say X’s mother is trying to milk the estate and leave them with nothing.
X’s mother is yet to respond to the new lawsuit.
