A woman who claimed that she was hired to sing background vocals for R. Kelly, claims she witnessed the star have sex with Aaliyah when she was just 15 years old.
“Jane Doe Number Seven is prepared to testify that in light of her relationship with the defendant, which included the fact that they had sexual contact with each other when she was a minor, she was in a position to view the defendant engaged in sexual activity with Jane Doe Number One [Aaliyah],” legal documents obtained by AllHipHop.com reads.

Kelly denies accusations that he led a criminal enterprise that sexually exploited women, girls and even boys. During the trial, his lawyers have portrayed his accusers as groupies who are lying about their relationships with him. A similar strategy used during his first trial years ago when he was acquitted. He will be facing trial in Chicago later this month.
He denies all of the allegations against him.
