Wack 100 is asking for prayers for DJ Kay Slay who is battling Covid-19.
“Pray for my brotha @djkayslay. It’s not looking good. He might be mad at me for this those that know Slay but he needs all the support he can get … Been 14 days fighting Covid and he’s just be put on a ventilator . Keep him in your prayers Please,” Wack captioned the post.
Covid has been spreading fast across the country and many think another lockdown is imminent.
The US is averaging more than 500,000 Covid-19 cases a day.
President Joe Biden urged people to get vaccinated and wear their masks.
“We have the tools to protect people from severe illness due to omicron – if people choose to use the tools,” Biden said. “There’s a lot of reason to be hopeful in (2022), but for God’s sake, please take advantage of what’s available.”
You can still get Covid if vaccinated but its unlikely you will get seriously ill, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
