Last month, DaBaby was sued by a property owner for allegedly punching his tooth out and stealing his phone — now video of the altercation has surfaced online.
Gary Pagar, the owner of a Runyon Canyon vacation rental home, says DaBaby assaulted him and stole his phone when he tried to shut down an unauthorized music video shoot last December.
He is 64.
DaBaby is not seen assaulting the man in the video — although one of his crew members is seen tackling the man to the ground.
DaBaby rented the property on the condition that no more than 12 people would be on site — due to COVID-19 restrictions. But the owner says that the DaBaby brought 40 people to the home to shoot a music video.
Pagarthen tried to shut it down before he says he was knocked to the ground by an unknown assailant. The rapper then allegedly got out of a car, chased him into the house, warned him not to call the police, and then sucker-punched him in the mouth, knocking out a tooth and leaving him bloody.

He says the police were called and they all fled, stealing Pagar’s phone and “valuable kitchenware” as they left.
