After rumors surfaced that Meghan Markle is considering getting into politics — Donald Trump called in for an interview where he said he would love to run against her in 2024.
“Well, I hope that happens,” said Trump on Fox News. “If that happened, I think I’d have an even stronger feeling toward running. I’m not a fan of hers. I think that what she talks about the Royal Family– I happen to think, I know the Queen as you know, I’ve met with the Queen and I think the Queen is a tremendous person and I’m not a fan of Meghan.”
Trump should be careful. He was hoping that Joe Biden would be the Democratic nominee in the 2020 election — and look how that turned out.
TRUMP’S VIEWS ON WOMEN
Last year, Trump trashed Meghan for moving to the US with Prince Harry:
“I am a great friend and admirer of the Queen & the United Kingdom. It was reported that Harry and Meghan, who left the Kingdom, would reside permanently in Canada. Now they have left Canada for the U.S. however, the U.S. will not pay for their security protection. They must pay!” he tweeted.
