The girl claiming to have slept with Tristan Thompson while he was reconciling with his baby mama, Khloe Kardashian, has allegedly been sent a cease-and-desist.
Adam22, the host of the No Jumper podcast where Sydney Chase made the claims, said he’s had to pull the video after receiving a cease-and-desist from Thompson’s attorney, Marty Singer.
“Yeah, we got a cease-and-desist and deleted it,” Adam22 told Page Six. “Honestly, I wouldn’t have posted it in the first place if I knew it was going to mess up a relationship.”
According to the outlet, the cease-and-desist says Sydney made “numerous false and defamatory statements” about Tristan on the podcast.

“You recklessly allowed Ms. Chase to make outlandish false statements about my client on the podcast without seeking to verify her claims in any way,” the letter continues.
Sydney also received one. The letter claims she is a “liar.”
“It is obvious that you are a liar,” the letter to Sydney reads. “…Your claim that you had a relationship with Mr. Thompson is pure fiction. The purported texts you claim exist are equally fictitious, and they put words in my client’s mouth that he never said that are contrary to his thoughts and feelings. This is defamatory.”
