Tristan Thompson is accusing his new baby mama Maralee Nichols of clout chasing and says she went public with her paternity suit against hfor fame.
He has filed for a gag order to stop her from speaking out on social media.
Tristan claims the personal trainer’s “intention all along [was] to try to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit.”
He says the messages on Snapchat that she shared allegedly asking her to have a termination and trying to pay her $75,000 to go away were an “attempt to smear” him and are “wholly and clearly fabricated,” according to the filing obtained by Page Six.

Nichols says the text messages were sent by the NBA star and prove that he wanted her “to get an abortion” and threatened “that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas.”
At the time, Tristan was working hard to win Khloe Kardashian back and first denied cheating on her.
