A bartender has filed a lawsuit against Trey Songz for allegedly punching him in the face in 2019.
He is suing Trey Songz for battery.
According to TMZ, the incident took place at the Hollywood Palladium on May 9, 2019, during a concert — a Cardi B concert, which was hosted by Fashion Nova.

Trey allegedly jumped on the bar to sit on it but was told not to because it was against the policy of the venue. Trey ignored the bartender and when the bartender reached over to try and get his attention, Trigga turned around and punched him in the head. He then reportedly looked at the other bartenders in a threatening manner before getting back to watching the show.
The bartender claims he suffered physical pain and emotional and psychological injury as a result of the alleged attack, and he’s suing for damages.
Trey has been hit with several lawsuits alleging varying degrees of assault over recent years.
