Trey Songz is being accused of sexual assault again… this time from a woman who says he assaulted her in a nightclub.
Jauhara Jeffries says she met Songz after she attended a New Year’s Eve party at Diddy’s home on Star Island. She was at the party for about two hours and called for a ride to take her to another the E11EVEN nightclub in Miami.
She said she was dancing on a couch at the club and was wearing a dress with a high slit. She said she “fingers being inserted into her vagina” and when she turned around, she allegedly saw a drunk Songz “pulling his hand away from her bottom.”
Jeffries is seeking $20 million in damages.
Songz has been accused of sexual assault by a few women. Last month, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department they are investigating a sexual assault that allegedly happened at The Cosmopolitan. He was there to celebrate his 37th birthday.
