On Thursday, Tory Lanez was involved in a serious car crash while taking a ride of Uber.
He says he believes he was targeted.
“We almost just died. We got in a car accident in the f*cking Uber. Look at that. Oh my gosh, bro,” a voice says in the video shared on social media.
Tory showed that the hood and the bumper of a SUV had been damaged in the wreck. The car that crashed into Lanez’s Uber had crashed into a gas station sign.
A while after the crash, the singer tweeted:
“It almost felt like someone knew to crash into us. Strange.”
The rapper was the cause of a fallout between Megan Thee Stallion and DaBaby last week. The singer is accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in both of her feet last summer. Lanez is still facing felony assault charges and has pleaded not guilty and faces up to 22 years in prison if convicted.
