Beverly Hills Housewife Erika Jayne is caught up in a legal situation — and the feds will be watching her closely in the upcoming season of the show, to make sure she isn’t hiding any assets.
According to a report by the LA Times, two of the trustees assigned to Thomas’ case have hired attorney Ronald Richards to find Erika’s assets.
Her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, has been accused of using his reality celeb wife to hide some of his assets. He owes creditors at least $26 million, although it has been reported he could owe more than $50 million.

“We will be transcribing every word. The show does not provide immunity to its talent,” Ronald recently tweeted.
Erika is known for her lavish lifestyle, expensive taste and her “glam squad.” If Ronald has his way… he’ll be getting his hands on her diamonds and designer handbags to help pay off the creditors.
