Prosecutors will not be charging T.I. and Tiny Harris.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office states that “the case is declined due to the expiration of the Statute of Limitations.”
The alleged incident occurred in 2005, and the statute of limitations is 10 years. The accuser took too long to file.
TINY’S BUTT DROPS
The allegations were made by a woman in April of this year who claimed that she was brought to a hotel room by T.I. and Tiny, given a drink by Tiny that she believes was “most likely drugged.” She also claimed T.I. penetrated her vagina with his toes without her consent.
“Even assuming the story in The Daily Beast is close to accurate, it appears the LAPD “accuser” has chosen once again to remain anonymous, thereby preventing us from being in a position to disprove or refute her allegations—or even examine them. Meanwhile, although we now appear for the first time to have the name of an “accuser” who supposedly filed a police report with LVPD, we have absolutely zero details about her or her claim,” the couple’s lawyer Steve Sadow said in a statement about the allegations in May.
