Actor Shia LaBeouf has split from his girlfriend, Margaret Qualley, following allegations that he abused his former girlfriend, FKA Twigs.
"They broke up on Saturday. They're just in different places in their lives," a source told PEOPLE.
FKA Twigs sued Shia LaBeouf for "relentless abuse."

"What I went through with Shia was the worst thing I've ever been through in the whole of my life," she said in an interview with The New York Times. "I don't think people would ever think that it would happen to me. But I think that's the thing. It can happen to anybody."
LaBeouf responded to The New York Times, maintaining that "many of these allegations are not true" but accepting "accountability" for his errors. "I am not cured of my PTSD and alcoholism," he went on to say. "I am committed to doing what I need to do to recover, and I will forever be sorry to the people that I may have harmed along the way."
