‘RHOC’s Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her estranged husband, Sean Burke are being sued by their former landlord for owing $45,000 in back rent for their Newport Beach mansion.
Braunwyn was recently fired from the show.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, the couple signed an 18-month lease, agreeing to pay $15,000 per month for the home.
The lease began in January 2020 and the couple has fallen behind on three months’ rent, the documents claimed. Braunwyn recently announced that she is moving to Hawaii. They are also currently on a “trial separation.”

“Sean and Braunwyn were surprised to find out about the unlawful detainer complaint through the press, as they were not personally served,” their rep told Page Six in a statement. “After consulting with legal counsel on this matter, they are doing everything they can to resolve it.”
Braunwyn and her husband have been married for over two decades, but she came out as gay in December 2020.
