Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, Erika Jayne, is reportedly now willing to cooperate in the case against her estranged husband, Tom Girardi.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Erika has said she will provide “full willingness to cooperate and produce” the requested documents to the court and maintained that she “has nothing to hide.”
Last week, a judge ordered that Erika Jayne can be sued by the embezzlement victims of her estranged husband, Tom Girardi.

Joseph Ruigomez, Jaime Ruigomez and Kathleen Ruigomez can now begin collections proceedings against Erika Jayne.
“All assets identified by the Ruigomez family shall be subject to all rights of the Girardi bankruptcy estate and the [Girardi Keese] bankruptcy estate, which parties shall meet and confer in good faith to determine the character/ownership of the identified assets,” the court documents read. “The Ruigomez Family, the Girardi Trustee and the GK Trustee shall cooperate with each other with their collection efforts against Erika.”
