RHOBH star Erika Jayne is reportedly falling behind on her bills are having to shell out all of her money on lawyers to fight fraud lawsuits filed against her.
“She’s having to spend every penny she has to defend herself,” an insider told Life & Style magazine.
Last month Erika shared that this is a “dark” part of her life.

“This has been the darkest part of my life,” she said. “Just the most desperate, most afraid I’ve ever been in my life. Most unsure, most volatile. I’ve been angry, I’ve been sad, I’ve been happy, I’ve been everything. And it’s really challenged me to my core.”
Her husband, Tom Girardi’s law firm, Girardi Keese, was forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The company is reportedly over $101 million in debt. Erika Jayne was also sued for allegedly spending $25 million of the firm’s money on glam, PR companies and her Amex bill over the last 12 years. She denies knowing about what her estranged husband was up to. She has moved out of their shared home and got her own apartment.
