RHOBH’s Erika Jayne has been accused of accepting funds her estranged husband, Tom Girardi sent to her business.
Erika is accused of receiving as much as $25 million in embezzled funds.
“Erika has taken the ludicrous position that since she did not receive the payments directly from the [firm], she is not liable,” a court document reads according to Life & Style.

“She attempts to create a distinction between handing her money directly versus paying all of her bills directly. The distinction, like her prior motion for reconsideration, is meritless. Any payments made for her benefit are her responsibility.”
Erika still claims “she did not know her husband was maintaining a debt.” However, the trustee feels “it would be a miscarriage of justice” if she were allowed to “simply walk completely free” while owing more than $25 million to the estate.
On the show, Erika continues to claim that she had no idea what her husband was up to. They were married for over 20 years.
