Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne is asking a judge to grant a gag order to stop her legal tea from spilling out to the blogs.
Erika Jayne is tired of the details of her legal fight to maintain her assets amid her estranged husband Thomas Girardi’s fraud/ bankruptcy under wraps.
But her request may not be easily obtained. The trustee appointed to Thomas’s case wants to hire attorney Ronald Richards to investigate her and any transfers she received from Thomas. They think she’s been secretly funneling money for her husband and that the plans to divorce may all be just a ruse.
In documents obtained by Radar Online, the trustee has suggested that Erika’s request was “improperly raised” and “completely irrelevant to the standard set forth in the Application.” They want to court to reject her request.
Erika’s husband was forced into bankruptcy by his creditors after the trustee determined that he has $74 million in assets with $56 million in liabilities.
