Erika Jayne finally understands that parading around in designers all day is not a good look considering her multi-million lawsuits — and was recently spotted shopping at TJ Maxx.
Jayne wore a pair of oversized black sweatpants with a matching shirt and chunky sneakers. Jayne is also seen holding a bunch of sweatpants still on the hangers. Social media thinks the pictures are staged.

On the show, Erika Jayne used to boast about spending $40,000 on her Glam Squad to keep her looking good.
Her husband, Tom Girardi’s law firm, Girardi Keese, has been forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The company is reportedly over $101 million in debt. Erika Jayne was also sued for allegedly spending $25 million of the firm’s money on glam, PR companies and her Amex bill over the last 12 years. She denies knowing about what her estranged husband was up to. She has moved out of their shared home and got her own apartment.
