Tyrese’s mother recently died and R. Kelly sent the singer a message from jail.
“Yup….. just broke down in my trailer took me 45 mins to recover love you Kellz,” he wrote.
“damn he is on the inside and still took time to get Condolences out to me and my family…Love you Kellz……. No comments needed,” the singer added. “Selfishly I wish they could sneak a protools rig and a mic in your jail cell so that you can unload all of those ideas cause I know you don’t write all of your hits have been freestyled off the top…… But that’s just me.”
Tyrese turned off the comments after his fans started roasting him for the post.
Kelly was convicted by a federal jury in New York after a five-week trial. The singer is still facing criminal charges in Chicago. Kelly is due to stand trial there, where he is accused of 13 further sex crimes, including producing child pornography and conspiring to intimidate victims and conceal evidence. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
