R&B singer Summer Walker has changed up her style, MTO News confirmed. The former exotic dancer WAS known for wearing sexy clothing and showing off her body, but not anymore.
According to a person close to Summer, she’s going through an “Afrocentric” phase in her life. And as such, the insider tells MTO News, Summer is no longer “needlessly exposing her body.”
We’re told that Summer has been following the teachings of Wendell Jones, a popular Los Angeles based spiritual advisor – who counsels clients on how to use yoga, healthy eating, and mindfulness to improve their lives.
And the impact on Summer’s new style choice is pretty dramatic.

Of course, many of Summer’s fans are not used to seeing her dressed like this. Many are upset with her changes, and hundreds of people on Twitter were saying that Summer “dressed like a Slave.”
