The feds are investigating whether a now-retired Bureau of Prisons employee leaked information about R. Kelly to an entertainment blogger.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, last February, prosecutors asked for a judge’s permission to search the suspected employee’s computer after a report to the Bureau of Prison’s Office of Internal Affairs.
The blogger in question is Tasha K.
Tasha K leaked information that was not available to the public.
INFAMOUS R KELLY INTERVIEW
The feds reviewed the access logs from July 15th, 2019, through January 8th, 2020, which showed that 60 BOP employees were accessing those particular records. The suspect allegedly accessed R. Kelly’s records 153 times between July 15th, 2019, and December 12th, 2019.
What’s suspicious is that the employee was not assigned to the Metropolitan Correctional Center in that timeframe. She also had no official reason to access them.
R. Kelly is currently on trial in New York before he is sent back to Chicago to face trial there later this month.
