Piers Morgan left Good Morning Britain following the backlash of him trashing Meghan Markle — but he says the television network tried to get him back.
“They reached out — there have been approaches. Never say never,” Piers told The Sun.

Piers walked off set after co-host Alex Beresford confronted Piers’ things he had said about Meghan. Piers had been with the show since 2015.
“Following discussions with ITV, Piers Morgan has decided now is the time to leave Good Morning Britain. ITV has accepted this decision and has nothing further to add,” ITV said in a statement after.
Since leaving the show, Piers has not stopped talking badly about Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan.
“I think they should be stripped of their titles because they’re trashing the institution and causing a lot of damage in the Commonwealth where a lot of the countries are believing this racism crap,” he told The Sun. “They’ve become the world’s biggest victims in the middle of a pandemic.”
