Kanye West took credit for running Pete Davidson off Instagram but according to a source, Ye is not to blame.
“Pete deleted his IG because immediately after his first post he started receiving a flood of messages, both positive and negative, reminding him why he didn’t want social media to begin with,” a source told Page Six.
Pete was not on Instagram for a long time until weeks after he started to date Kim.
“[Pete] is in the middle of several big film projects and wants to continue to stay very focused on his work and the positive things happening in his life,” the source continued. “Kanye didn’t drive Pete off social media.”
Ye has been going after Pete who is sleeping with his ex-wife. Kim is desperately trying to speed up her divorce from Ye. In her filings, Kim said there is no way that she can repair her marriage to Kanye.
