Nicole Scherzinger is being sued by The Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin.
The lawsuit is because of an upcoming reunion tour.
According to reports, Scherzinger is refusing to participate in the tour unless she receives the majority of the profits and she also wants final decision-making authority.
Antin says that Pussycat Dolls Worldwide and Scherzinger came to an agreement on the tour in 2019. In this agreement, Scherzinger signed on for 49 percent under a Memorandum of Understanding. The tour had to be put on hold because of the pandemic but now that Antin is ready for the ladies to hit the road… Scherzinger doesn’t want to and that she now wants to “renegotiate the terms of the MOU” and now wants 75 percent and “complete creative control.”
“Tour dates were planned but are unable to be confirmed because of Scherzinger’s extortion,” read the complaint.
There are several members of the group — which means it’s likely the other members won’t be paid much.
