Actor/comedian Nick Cannon celebrated his pregnant girlfriend’s birthday, Brittany Bell, with a late night dinner at Nobu in Malibu, MTO News has learned.
Paparazzi snapped pics of the couple as they arrived smiling ear to ear as Brittany, a former Ms. Arizona, approaches the final stage of her pregnancy.
With a child on the way, the couple already share a two year old son named Golden “Sagon” Cannon, and seem to be rekindling their romance.

Nick, however, has openly stated that “monogamy isn’t natural for men” and the two are not dating exclusively, but are reportedly happy.
