Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes just purchased a luxury condo in Atlanta’s ultra luxurious Waldorf Astoria residence, MTO News has learned. The former reality star recently sold off her mega-mansion after her late husband Gregg’s death.
According to MTO News’ insiders, Nene dropped $1.85 million for a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,045 sq. ft. condo in the Buckhead hi-rise hotel, which also has a limited number of exclusive condos.
Nene and Gregg had been living in a 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 9,791 sq. ft. home on a golf course in the city of Duluth since 2015.

NeNe purchased the former home for $2,075,000, which was a STEAL at the time. She put it on the market on September 21 for $4 million. The RHOA star ended up slashing the price a couple of times before finding a buyer for $3.45 million.
Meaning Nene made a quick $1.5 million in profit.
Nene’s new crib includes all the amenities of the luxury Waldorf Astoria hotel. The home – which spans 3 floors – has a wet bar, fireplace, oak flooring, and gourmet kitchen with waterfall countertops. Nene gets her own elevator that provides access to each floor of the hotel.
