“Mob Wives” star Renee Graziano was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while impaired — after taking Adderall then crashing her car into a parked SUV in Staten Island.
Sources told Page Six that Graziano was allegedly “wobbly on her legs” and had “slurred speech” and glassy eyes. She also reportedly told them that she had taken Adderal earlier that day.
According to Drugs.com: Adderall contains a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Amphetamine and dextroamphetamine are central nervous system stimulants that affect chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control. Adderall is used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy.
“Officers, when they went to speak to the driver of the vehicle, she displayed physical characteristics consistent with being under the influence and was subsequently taken into custody,” a spokesperson for the NYPD told Page Six.
She is awaiting arraignment in criminal court. The Mob Wife has previously been to rehab for substance abuse.
