A Memphis mother appeared to threaten to murder her infant baby on Instagram Live, MTO News has learned. The shocking video went viral yesterday, and has been viewed now by more than 25 million people around the world.
The video, which is circulating on social media, shows the mother holding up a butchers knife to her 3 month old daughter – and threatening to hurt the baby.

In the video, which was taken by the woman’s baby’s father, the mom presses the knife into the child’s side – while the baby’s father yells “what the f*ck is you doin.”

According to social media reports, which MTO News has uncovered, the child reportedly was not seriously injured. But the reports also claim that he mom was not arrested, and she still has custody of the baby.
MTO News reached out to Memphis [police for comment. So far they have not responded to our request.
