Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office says that the evidence in the case supports Megan Thee Stallion’s claims that Tory Lanez shot her.
“Although we are legally prohibited from commenting on the evidence and will continue to abide by that obligation, our office is under an ethical duty to only proceed on charges which we believe can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt and which have already been upheld by a judge after presentation of evidence at the preliminary hearing,” the statement to HHDX read. “We believe the evidence substantially supports the charges and allegations and that evidence will be borne out in court.”

DJ Akademiks posted a tweet that no DNA evidence was found to back up her allegation.
“Court ain’t even started yet so why y’all ready to start lying. I know some of y’all blogs on payroll but please don’t get sued trying to create a hate campaign. Be a real journalist and post FACTS. And to my haters, keep making yourself look stupid idc,” she tweeted.
