Lil Mosey has admitted that he once had a sexual relationship with his rape accuser but that it was consensual.

Lil Mosey claims they had sex at a New Year’s party, and then again in a car. He says that the second time happened on the same night of the alleged rape, which she alleges happened later in a cabin.
The case is being tried in Washington, and the state has a “rape shield” statute that generally prohibits evidence of prior sexual relationships and activities with an alleged victim at trial.
According to the alleged victim, she went to a party to see the rapper and got drunk. She says she got into a vehicle with him where he “pulled his pants down.” She says that she agreed to have sex but then that she blacked out. She later woke up to the rapper and his friend sexually assaulting her.
He denies the rape.
