Legendary Los Angeles Rapper DJ Quik Was NOT SHOT

Rapper DJ Quik was NOT shot, after leaving the recording studio early this morning, despite multiple posts saying the opposite - MTO News has learned. The whole thing was just a bad April's Fools joke.

Quik told fans that he was shot twice, while driving on the highway. Look:

DJ Quik, real name David Marvin Blake, is a rapper, songwriter, DJ and record producer, known for his production in the G-funk style of West Coast hip-hop. 

Quik has collaborated with Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, 2Pac, Erick Sermon, Shaquille O'Neal and many more. Blake's stage name reflects his ability to produce records in a short period of time.
