Caitlyn Jenner announced that she is running for governor and Kim Kardashian has been left “disgusted” by a tweet she posted on social media.
“Gavin’s District Attorneys across California are releasing dangerous criminals back on to our streets. Enough is enough. #RecallGavin,” Caitlyn tweeted about the current governor.

A source told TMZ on Monday that Kardashian was reportedly “disappointed” and “disturbed” by her position.
“[Kim] believes Caitlyn’s ‘tough on crime’ mindset — reminiscent of Trump’s — only hurts communities because it costs taxpayers more and fails to address the underlying reasons why people commit crime,” the outlet reported.
The Kardashians will not be supporting Caitlyn’s run for governor.

Caitlyn is running as a Republican.
“California has been my home for nearly 50 years. I came here because I knew that anyone, regardless of their background or station in life, could turn their dreams into reality,” she wrote on her website. “But for the past decade, we have seen the glimmer of the Golden State reduced by one-party rule that places politics over progress and special interests over people. Sacramento needs an honest leader with a clear vision.”
