Kanye West stepped out yesterday flaunting his brand new body – which fans say looks very familiar in an IG sort of way. The rapper now has a cinched waist, and pecs on his chest. And his butt looks even looks too.
And some on social media, MTO News has learned, are speculating that Kanye may have gotten a “male” BBL. A “BBL” – or Brazilian Butt Lift surgery, is where doctors liposuction fat from a patient’s stomach – and redistribute it elsewhere, like in the chest or the buttocks.

Kanye West has admitted in the past, MTO News confirmed, that he’s had liposuction. So it’s not out of the question that he did so again, except this time plumping up other parts of his body.
