Halle Berry just had a good day in court, MTO News has learned. She just had her monthly child support owed to her ex, Gabriel Aubry, cut in half. The payments, in support of their 13-year-old daughter, used to be $16,000 a month.
But the “X-Men” actress and Gabriel recently negotiated a settlement in their ongoing child support case, after arguing over the amount – according to new reports.
As of March 1, 2021, Halle Berry will now pay her ex $8,000 a-month.
In the ex-couple’s new agreement, Halle will pay “retroactive” support Gabriel in the amount of $85,000 and agreed to continue to pay Nahla’s private school tuition and health insurance.
Halle and Gabriel’s relationship ended VERY badly. Halle has accused Gabriel of making “racist” comments towards her and their daughter on multiple occasions.

It’s not clear WHY Gabriel agreed to lower Halle’s child support payments. But speculation is that he wanted a one time lump sum payment (the $85,000) from his African American ex.
