Kerrion Franklin, 32, has been estranged from his father for years. But two years ago, he appeared on Instagram and started making some bizarre claims toward the Grammy-winning songwriter.
Then yesterday, he made some more disturbing allegations, about his father – and the way that he was raised. According to Kerrion, he grew up in what sounds like an abusive environment. Look:
Kerrion’s latest comments were tame, compared with the ones he posted 2 years ago. Then, he claimed that Kirk was allegedly trying to kill him.

In a now-deleted screenshot, Kerrion called his father “sneaky” while declaring, “my own father is trying to kill me.”

It’s possible that Kerrion has mental health issue and the allegations are untrue, but it wouldn’t be the first time that a gospel singer or popular Christian figure has an entirely different life behind closed doors from the one they present publicly.
