A Florida man was found with a package of drugs wrapped around his penis, but says the drugs do not belong to him.
Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office had stopped Patrick Florence while he was driving at 4 am without lights.
When executing a traffic stop, Deputies say they found a weapon under the passenger seat and several drugs, including cocaine on his person.
According to WFLA, he has a “package wrapped around his penis,” according to the report but that they weren’t his.
Florence was arrested on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of cocaine.

He was booked into the Pinellas County jail under a $24,000 bond.
Florence was first arrested in March that year by the St. Petersburg Police on four charges, including auto theft, possession of cocaine, and obstructing arrest. Since then, he has been arrested 25 times.
