Fat Trel is behind bars just two months after being released from jail.
According to XXL, Fat Trel, born Martrel Reeves, was arrested and booked at the Arlington County Sheriff’s Office in Arlington, Va.
The rapper was charged with four counts of a Revocation of Suspended Sentence and Probation in connection to a 2018 arrest. XXL says he is currently in custody, awaiting bond.
A court day has been scheduled for Jan. 14, 2022.
In 2018, the rapper was arrested for possession of a firearm and ammunition. The rapper pleaded guilty for the illegal possession of a ghost gun in 2020. He was given two years and six months in federal prison and three years of supervised release. He could have been sentenced to ten years in prison.
It’s possible he could now have to do the remainder of his original sentence.
Speaking to Revolt last month, he said he was considering several record label deals.
“I actually just met up with [Rick Ross]. That’s my big homie, that’s my dog, forever. I look at Ross like a father figure. We’re actually supposed to be having some talks about some new situations, but it’s a lot of deals on the table,” he told Revolt.
