T-Pain recently went on a Twitch rant about new rappers, and Dr. Dre agrees.
“You know when your sh*t sounds like somebody else’s sh*t. You’re making it because you’re in the studio like, ‘What’s the number one record now? We need to make another one of those'” he says.
“Stop doing that! Stop! You’re not original! Give me some original sh*t! Are you seriously telling me that you sat here watch me tell a bitch to eat a dick and you thought that wasn’t original? Are you seriously sitting here telling me ‘eat a dick’ is the bad part of music? Stop!! Just f*cking do something else! God damn it! Do some different music!”
Dr. Dre reposted the clip to his Instagram.
“Shoutout to @tpain!! I’m here laughing my f*ckin ass off, but he’s right. I know and feel exactly what you’re saying,” he wrote.
