Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub has accused Margaret Josephs of being the one who started the rumor about Evan Goldschneider cheating on his wife, Jackie Goldschneider.
“That’s so bad! Oh my gosh, Margaret, you know this came from her,” Danielle said per RealityBlurb. “That’s why Margaret’s pacing in the background, that’s what’s going on right now guys. Okay, now I’ve figured it out. Margaret’s always underneath it, behind it, that’s why they filmed at her house because she’s the source.”

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Margaret denied the allegation:
“How funny is that? I mean, she’ll throw any sh*t at the wall and make it stick,” she told the entertainment outlet. “She’s insane. Yeah, I think my face was obvious – I was the source of the rumor? When Teresa said it, I mean, I was in shock.”
The Evan cheating rumors were first brought to light during this season of the show by Teresa Giudice. Margaret’s husband claimed on last week’s episode that he had previously heard the rumor.
