Dame Dash says his longtime friend Kanye West is the world’s new Michael Jackson.
“I was the guy who always ran around with a camera ’cause I knew that these moments were priceless, it was just a matter of when it was time,” he said. “So, I was glad that they actually took that advice and did that, or at least followed the example. I got a lotta footage, but it’s just the time, it’s always about the times. I think this is the right time for that.”
After referring to Ye as “our new Michael Jackson” he added, “Whether that’s negative or positive, that’s just what it is…every move he makes, everybody’s paying attention to…he triggers the world.”
Kanye has been making music, but it’s been his harassment of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson that has been triggering people. Ye eventually called off the green light on Pete and said he would handle the comedian himself.
