Rapper DaBaby was interviewed in connection with a double shooting in Miami on Monday.
Two people were hospitalized and two other people were arrested. The gunfire reportedly broke out after an argument, although nobody confirmed what the confrontation was over.
“At first it was like two or three shots, and then a couple seconds later it was like ‘pop, pop, pop, pop, pop,’ a whole bunch of shooting,” James Dozier, who had just eaten at Prime 112 when gunfire erupted, told NBC Miami. “And then you can hear the car zooming down the road,” he said. “You heard a car, like, trying to get away.”
IS DANILEIGH PREGNANT?
Prime 112 was a restaurant close to the shooting.
Christopher Urena and Wisdom Awute face charges of attempted first-degree murder with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault, according to arrest reports. Cops say Awute was part of DaBaby’s entourage.
Urena also faces charges of grand theft and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
DaBaby has been interviewed after the shooting but later released.
