Country Singer Morgan Wallen’s $500k Donations To Black-Led Group After N-Word Rant ‘Missing’

Two months ago country singer Morgan Wallen pledged to donate $500k to Black-led groups after his terrible n-word rant months back.

So far, only one charity has received any money from him.

According to Rolling Stone, out of the 57 state, regional and national Black-led or Black-founded charities, only the Black Music Action Coalition had received the money. Morgan paid the charity $165,000 in April. A far cry from $500,000.

In the video, Wallen returned home from a night out with his friends in Nashville. His neighbor then decided to record Wallen and his crew because they were being extremely noisy in the middle of the night. Wallen, who appears to be intoxicated, can then be heard saying:

“Take care of this “p*ssy-ass motherf*cker” to his friends before adding: “Take care of this p*ssy-ass n*gger.”

“Me and my team noticed that whenever this whole incident happened, that there was a spike in my sales,” Wallen said on “Good Morning America” in July. “So we tried to calculate … how much it had spiked from this incident. We got to a number somewhere around $500,000, and we decided to donate that money to some organizations, BMAC [the Black Music Action Coalition] being the first one.”
