Conor McGregor was rushed to the hospital to have surgery for a broken leg he suffered.
McGregor broke his leg while fighting Dustin Poirier at UFC 264. During the fight, McGregor can be seen stumbling backward, before he traps his foot under himself and breaking his left leg.
He hopped onto social media hours later to give fans an update.
"Just out of the surgery room, everything went to plan, everything went perfect and I'm feeling tremendous. We've got six weeks on a crutch now and then we begin to build back," McGregor said. "A clean break of the tibia and it was not to be. Dustin, you can celebrate that illegitimate win all you want but you've done nothing in there. That second round would have shown all."
UFC CHAMPION ARRESTED
Well, it seems the judges don't agree with McGregor. At the time he broke his foot, judges were leaning in Poirier's favor as two judges scored it a 10-8 for Poirier.
