Chicago Rapper Montana Of 300 Near Death w/ Covid; One Month After Posting Anti-Vax!!

Prayers go out to the Chicago rapper Montana of 300. MTO News confirmed that the rapper is currently in the intensive care unit suffering from a severe bout of Covid-19.

According to reports, the 32 year old rapper is currently fighting for his life, and has been diagnosed with pneumonia.

It’s a sad story, but possibly a preventable one. Just last month, the rapper went on IG, and told fans that he’ll “never” get the Covid vaccine. Here’s his post:

The rapper, singer and songwriter is from Peoria, Illinois. His debut studio album, Fire in the Church, was released on May 20, 2016. He is best known for his rap style, incorporating trap, R&B, and drill beats, while also making remixes to hit songs that, like his originals, often include religious subtext.

Since releasing Fire in the Church, Montana has committed to releasing an album every year on May 20. The significance of the date is unknown. His third album, Don’t Doubt the God, was released on May 20, 2017, and his fourth album, Pray 4 the Devil, was released on May 20, 2018, and his fifth album “A Gun In The Teacher’s Desk” on November 16, 2018, on May 20, 2019 Montana would later release his sixth album Views from the General’s Helmet. On February 18, 2020 Montana would release his EP mixtape titled “A Cold Day In Hell”. 

Montana planned to end his solo career with his final album titled “Rap God” which was set to be released in May 20, 2020 but was postponed due the COVID-19 pandemic.
