Jason Alexander, the former husband of Britney Spears, has been arrested for stalking.
Alexander was arrested on Dec. 30 in Franklin, Tenn., for violating of an order of protection and aggravated stalking a booking officer, Page Six reports. His third arrest in a year.
He is being held in the Williamson County jail on a $30,000 bond and will appear before a judge next month.
Britney married Jason at A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas in January 2004 — but the marriage was annulled 55 hours later.

In September, Alexander was arrested at a Tennessee airport for breaching security.
According to a spokesman at the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, he was “booked into jail on Aug. 29 and released on Aug. 30” after the Nashville airport incident. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
RadarOnline claimed Jason left the secure side of TSA at the Nashville airport. Britney’s ex then entered into a “non-secure area” before attempting to come back through TSA and skip the line.
