After going off on Lil Nas X several times, Badazz Boosie says the reason he got so emotional was because his grandmother had just died.
“He had caught me at the wrong time,” Boosie said about why he tweeted homophobic slurs at the rapper and told him to commit suicide. “I was having a bad day. I was losing my grandmother and I was going through a lot of sh*t. And you know how I am: you bite me, I’m going to bite back.”
Boosie also told Vlad that he receives death threats on social media from Lil Nas X fans.
“All my gay fans love me. I don’t even know where the other hate be coming from,” said Boosie. “I don’t have problems with none of my gay fans. We chop it up, we be all up in the airport together. I don’t have problems from gay people when I see them, I just really have problems on social media. I get death threats, Vlad.”
